Mavericks Proxy issue

Hi there

I've got one mac that is proving a little troublesome with the proxy server. It seems it's set correctly in Network and preferences like all the other macs.......it's getting it from the server.

 

It will go on the internet if I take the proxy server off but not if I put it on.

 

I've tried using the Ip address of the proxy server rather than a name but had no joy. It's happening for all users.

Can anyone suggest anything?
