Frog Server - How Do You Publish To The Internet?

How do you folks publish your frog server to the internet? Do you have it in your normal network with external ports forwarded to it? Or do you have it in the DMZ and have ports allowed from the DMZ to the internal network? Or do you publish it via TMG or something?

For us Frog have insisted that its published via our internal network with ports forwarded as they couldn't cope with using 2 unused network ports in the rear of the server to allow us to put it on the DMZ. It took me long enough to get through to someone at their support who understood what I was asking.
