cdunn93 Posted November 27, 2014 Posted November 27, 2014 Hi all, Looking to set up multiple Chromebooks for shared use. I can enrol the devices to the domain no problem however what I don't want is for the Chromebooks to remember the users that previously signed into them. Basically everytime it boots up I want the sign on screen to have a blank Username and Password page everytime, not (For Example;) 'John Smith', and 'Enter Password'. Can this be done at all? Many thanks,
fiza Posted November 27, 2014 Posted November 27, 2014 Yes this can be done using the Admin Console under Device Management >Chrome>Device settings> Show user names and photos on the sign-in screen Set this to "never show user names and photos"
cdunn93 Posted November 27, 2014 Author Posted November 27, 2014 I have done this however when i then signed out the name and picture are still on the sign on screen

cdunn93 Posted November 27, 2014 Author Posted November 27, 2014 Ah I see I thought that when you enrolled using a Google Account it would put the device in the same OU but obviously not. The annoying thing is that I cannot actually do that myself as we are an Academy and although I have most rights I don't seem to have that one. At least I now know how this can be solved! Thank you very much for your help!
