Ste_Harve Posted November 26, 2007 Posted November 26, 2007 Hi all, When we try and access our webmail (lancsngfl accounts) i can access it from the proxy server setting the proxy in IE to the upstream proxy it connects fine and allows me to access it. When i set the IE proxy to our local isa server, it won't log in, it comes up with a box saying that it has timed out, and to please log in again. Does anyone know what ISA setting could be causing this, and where to start troubleshooting it? We're running ISA 2004 Standard edition on Windows Server 2003 R2. TIA Ste
chrissmall Posted September 7, 2008 Posted September 7, 2008 Apply a rule that allows https traffic from internal to external, or from a group of computers etc... are you able to ping your webmail address from the internal network through ISA? have you latest upgrades and service pack on for isa? You could hit the monitor -> logging and then run query, this will show u all connections going through the isa and whats being denied. Then with the logging running, try and hit the webmail address and you should see what rule is blocking it.
