Carrot63 Posted November 17, 2014 Posted November 17, 2014 Hi I am implementing O365 however primarily to be able to offer students/Staff Office freely for all of their devices and to give them onedrive access. We use Gmail so do not want the exchange setup. At present we do not wish to enable Lync. In order to use onedrive I believe we need to enable Sharepoint however we do not want to use the sites areas so do not want to have links that can be used to create sites. So far I have tested with Staff on the A3 plan and they can use office on demand, download the software and use onedrive. The only problem is they do get links to creating sites. Is there a way to remove this option? The Student Proplus setup is currently not working with onedrive nor office on demand. Microsoft say there is a problem with this that will only be resolved by December. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Will the proplus version have the same access to sharepoint sites and if so is there any way that I can disable this whilst still allowing onedrive? Ultimately I want this to be as easy as possible for students and staff to be able to use online office and onedrive with the added benefit of the ability to download office to other devices. Thanks
