Printing four to a page with Xerox

Our Xerox colorqube printers cant print four jpegs to a page without us manually re-sizing them on the server?

Is there a tool out there than can auto re-size all photos that get placed into a certain area?

 

Xerox technicians say its because our cameras take photos that are too high in resolution...however we cant print anything four to a page unless its been shrunk!
