Display behaviour incidents in registers as comments SIMS

I've been asked by a behaviour for learning coordinator to see it's possible to display a behaviour incident on class registers so that staff can see if a pupil has specific incident in a comment or something like that?

 

I know the registers in lesson monitor can show number of incidents in a day, but does any know if what we would like to do is possible?

I've got all my form tutors/co-tutors set up so that we can see incidents on our homepages for our tutor groups, but that doesn't show comments, and if you click on one of the incidents it takes you to the student's teacher view (not very helpful, be more helpful if it took you to the incident).

 

Staff seem to like it though, as they can at least stay on top of what the 3 incidents Joe had today...
