encrypted email and file services by Sophos or Microsoft

Not sure if this is the right forum to post in

 

Question: Can anyone recommend me any decent Software/Hardware for managing Encrypted File Services and Email?

 

Because of Safeguarding Issues we are getting request from organization which deals with Safeguarding stuff in terms of when Emails/Files are being sent over to them from Tutors to be encrypted especially if it contains sensitive Data.

 

We got Egress at the moment however we are looking towards more Sophos/Microsoft Related Products

 

Can anyone recommend anything?

Sophos Safeguard which was demonstrated at the ANME meeting last week looked brilliant and dead easy to use.

 

The one thing I realised I forgot to ask was how it worked with email attachments, particularly through Webmail, but haven't had chance to follow up with it yet.

Sophos uses SPX which is an password protected PDF file.
