Clevertouch - Adding Apps

Hi,

 

I put one of these beasts on the wall in the last holidays and eventually got it playing nicely with our network. Am I right in thinking you cant install any Google apps on it? I was hoping the built in Android would work with our Meraki MDM and let me push stuff out but I couldn't get it working.

 

Its in the nursery at our school so doesn't need much on it... was hoping to not have a computer near it. Have a spare Chromecast device so might have a play with that too.
