Print Server/Script

Really big ask, but someone couldn't help me put together a batch file that does the following:

Looks for ANY printers on the system and removes them (from the old print server)

Adds the printer for their department (on the new print server) (user input can be in place), adds all the resources copiers

With no errors when trying to remove printers that don't exist on the machine etc.

 

Also, how would I allow staff to install printer drivers - currently this requires administrative elevation.

 

 

We are rebuilding our print server, and rather than go around EVERY member of staff, I'd rather GPO a reconnect printers desktop shortcut, they double click it and voilá all the printers are sorted!

 

Please help!
