Office365 - Disclaimer (Transport Rules) on each individual email message?

I've set up our new signature for staff within the exchange transport rules on Office365 - Transport Rules > Disclaimers. The signature is standardised across the board and pulls the users details from active directory.

 

Full Name | Job Title

College Address

Telephone (Ext:)

Email Address

 

I sent a test email to a member of staff; my signature displays at the bottom of the email and works fine.

 

The member of staff replies but her signature (personalised disclaimer) shows at the bottom of the page under mine (because in the real world it's a disclaimer)

 

Is there a way to set disclaimers to show at the bottom of each individual email message (where a normal signature would usually appear?)
