MS Outlook 2013 - Mail Profile with a Mandatory setup

I'm trying to move our staff accounts over to a mandatory profile and have it set to automatically load their mail profile. I have a working Outlook.PRF file as it works on a roaming profile and loads my settings fine without any prompts but when you try and force it to run using 'outlook.exe /importrpf \\server\share\.RPF' using a mandatory profile, An Error pops up saying 'Microsoft Outlook - Cannot start Microsoft Outlook'

 

I will look at deploying the file using Group Policy but really need to get it working by forcing it as a test.

 

Any ideas?

Why bother with a prf file?? just set the group policy to auto configure outlook for you
