excel spreadsheet editable online

hi all i want to put an excel spreadsheet online and have various users able to edit it.

 

Its a Rosta,

 

Any one got the faintest clue how it could be done?

Is this internal only or does it need to be on the web?

 

If internal, then just set the spreadsheet in shared mode and put it on a fileshare everyone can access.

 

do you have Exchange server? If so, could the rota be a public calendar folder rather than a spreadsheet?

its external, i have a had quick look at google docs and i think that will do the job nicely.
