SIMS Report Non-Teaching Periods (e.g PPA)

Hi,

 

Anyone know where on earth in SIMS Report Design you can find the field/area/focus that stores non-teaching periods (e.g PPA, DUTYs etc...)?

 

I have no issues writing a report to get out all periods taught by all teachers, however it omits non-teaching periods. I'm guessing I'll need a separate query for that....

 

I think I have looked through most focuses of the report design and can't find anything!!!! Arg!!! Any ideas? Thanks

So that does show me non-class codes...

 

But how do I access non-class codes using Reports > Design?

 

I wish to return a list of Staff with period with non-class code such as PPA RATHER then a timetable view....

I don't think you can - spent ages trying this a couple of years back, and it looks like they don't show in the underlying views

You could export the data from nova though - it lets you export as both CSV and XML
