OfficeServ 7200 system - Where to put/how to activate Voicemail to Email Licences

Hello, we are running the OfficeServ 7000 system as our phone system, we have recently worked out and setup some of the e-mail alerts for the Voicemail messages. This is a cool service that sends a email with a audio file of any messages left in there mailbox to the user. It's done in 8.1.11 Mailbox, selecting the number then in the e-mail Gateway tab turning it from No to yes and then putting in the server address and last the users email the alert is sent to. We have 5 license as default and have now bought some more licenses for more users. We thought that the licenses would go into the License Key section(2.1.4) of OfficeServ under Resource as there is a VMS count(VoiceMail Service we thought) but this doesn't work.

 

 

My question is, does anyone know where to put the Voicemail to Email Licences into OfficeServ please?
