'Not found' when trying to upload a particular excel file

Hello,

 

A student is having trouble uploading a particular excel file to HAP and gets an error message of 'Not Found' (attached). The excel spreadsheet is in the format of .xls and .xlsx. Both file types are whitelisted and other files including excel files upload fine. I have also tried different browsers, computers, and users but all get the same error.

 

I have done some json debugging and get the following:

 

Server Error

404 - File or directory not found.

The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Hmm, don't know on that one, try removing the + sign from the file name

That's it, renamed it and it uploaded straight away. Does HAP not recognise special characters?

it should do, I think the HTTP standard doesn't thing the + sign is a special character
