Lettings / Facilities Management Calendar

We are currently using some ancient software to manage our lettings/facilities bookings and I wondered how other schools may be doing this (freebie options would be best!) but low cost options are also okay.

We need to manage bookings in different venues across the site and also produce an easy print out for our Estates Team so they know what is going on each day in which venues.

I use PHPScheduleIT for booking rooms, works pretty well.

MRBS does quite well. You can set up areas and different facilities/resources.

 

Runs on PHP & can do auth against AD. Allows periods or time.
