Print queue clearing, but no jobs coming out?

Hi, I am quite confused by this problem.

 

We have a number of Kyocera TASKalfa 3050ci photocopiers dotted around the school which also function as printers.

Each has a static IP address and is shared as a printer via our 2008 server.

 

Staff have reported that the Staff Room Kyocera no longer prints. It photocopies fine, but if they send a print job, it never comes out.

 

I have looked into this and have ascertained that jobs are clearing from the queue without a problem, the printer in question is resolvable via it's IP address or host name, I am able to access the printer from the printer web page.

If I try and send test prints, they show as going through, but nothing comes out at the other end.

 

The same drivers (used for the other identical printers) are also not solving the problem.

I have tried adding the printer locally to a computer, such that I bypass the server, this has also not helped.

 

What else can I try? Could there be something on the copier menu which has been changed to stop print jobs coming through?

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
