push a resource calander to all staff in prep school

We have added the ipads as a bookable resource within outlook.

Users could open the shared calendar to view bookings.

 

But would rather all staff see it automatically as a shared calendar in outlook and not have to manually add it.

 

Is there a way of setting this and using a security group to set who will see it?

 

we use exchange 2012

and outlook 2010
