I disagree when he said "Every day is different which is a good thing." The author works for schools and it has been my experience that every day it is "Sir, I've forgotten my password", "The printer has run our of toner", "How do I do something in ", and "Can you please unblock http://www.somegamesite.com as I need it for my course work."

I do agree when he says "When you go out of your way to make someone’s life easier, they tend to reward you with baked goods.", although in my case it's bottles of red wine.

 

Incidently, the picture in the article is the MIT Whirlwind from 1945-51.
