nathan Posted October 14, 2014 Posted October 14, 2014 Hi All, We have a HP LaserJet CP1525n that has just developed and issue. All the colours are not aligned on print outs which makes them look like you need to wear 3d glasses to see it! I've ran through all the built in functions for the colour image alignment to no avail. As you can see from the included photo of a print out, the black is to the side of the colour which would indicate it isn't slipping on the rollers. Any tips/help would be appreciated!
stevewill6 Posted October 14, 2014 Posted October 14, 2014 Hi I had the exact same problem with one of the HP CP1525n here. A Firmware update solved it for me. Ill see what I can dig up.
nathan Posted October 14, 2014 Author Posted October 14, 2014 Briliant, we have a an old version on ours so i will update it and see if that sorts the issue.
nathan Posted October 14, 2014 Author Posted October 14, 2014 Upgraded the firmware to a 2014 release as it was still on a 2010 release. Unfortunately i'm still getting the same issue.
plexer Posted October 14, 2014 Posted October 14, 2014 Bin it and buy a decent printer, I've all sorts of issues over the years with these type of HP printer. Ben
