dan6540 Posted November 20, 2007 Posted November 20, 2007 Here in out school we have an lcd monitor on the wall displaying powerpoint presentations, this constantly loops around all day. This works great with us except for when two different staff both want to use the powerpoint in the same week, therefore the powerpoint needs to play two different presentations. I can play the powerpoint files using powerpoint viewer and creating a playlist, but I cannot make the playlist loop all day. Does anyone know of a way to loop the playlist, any help would be much appreciated, Thanks
ICT_GUY Posted November 20, 2007 Posted November 20, 2007 kiss, Keep it simple stupid (had this drumed into me a lot) Answer, cut and paste the second PPT into the first, job done in 15s.
Butuz Posted November 20, 2007 Posted November 20, 2007 Yeh - Microsoft in their infinate stupidity took the loop option out of Powerpoint Viewer 2003 and above - so now you can not loop the list. I have a list of about 8 presentations and I did as above, copied and pasted the 8 again and again and again till you have a list of 50+ presentations should last all day then! Butuz
