Hi

Our school is about to migrate from Exchange 2003 to Office 365, in turn we are updating our office from 2007 to 2013.

After uninstalling our 2007 system and installing 2013 we have a problem opening outlook and setting up our Office 365 accounts (besides the fact Exchange 2003 is unsupported by Office 2013). We still have our onsite Exchange working and we have single sign on which I think is causing the problem.

When we first try to open Outlook 2013 I'm told that the set of folders cannot be opened - it notes the path of the users local outlook file.

We have got this up and running but not without saving there profile, deleting it and then adding it again. We're looking for a quicker way to do it or without removing users profiles.
