Taskbar: Right Click - Additional Options

As you know, when you right click on a task in the task bar you are given additional options ie "Pin this program to taskbar". You are also given the option to open the program again.

 

We are using VirtualBox to allow students a virtual environment in which they can do programming without potentially ruining the desktop machines.

 

I use a batch file that only open the VM in a separate window and therefore they cannot get access to any other options etc.

 

However, if you right click on the task in the taskbar you can then open the VirtualBox Manager. I want to disable that option.

 

Is this a general Windows 7 thing, or can I change/disable to the options for different programs?

We are going to disable all context menus for Students, found the GPO to do this.
