tts easy walker pedometers

Anyone got the TTS easy walker pedometers..

 

We got 2 sets charged them up and all they do is sit with a flashing triangle in the display..

Oh and the software crashes - I dont think it likes 64bit win 7 - I'll have to build a box with 32bit to see if it works on that ok.

 

I've emailed them but no reply as yet but it has been 3/4 days so I suppose there's time
