It only accepts the zip file containing the release notes but doesn't do anything with it even though the run firmware update was ticked. Anyone done this? m25man Posted October 7, 2014 Posted October 7, 2014 Unzip the file and "download" the stk file to the switch. It is absolutely imperative you send the correct version of firmware to the correct Hardware version of switch. So double check the Hardware Version matches the firmware. 1
