Ranger Account Manager..Any Manual Around

We have just upgraded to the new RAM and is it strange ?!?!

 

Are there any manuals around ?

 

And is there different levels of user rights ? As I want the Techies only to make accounts and not have modify rights on the templates..

OK... I found a type of Manual..... it was on the servers desktop after the Ranger for Networks upgrade...
