JJanisch Posted September 30, 2014 Posted September 30, 2014 (edited) Hi guys, We have a new student in that would benefit from some sort of language translator, I have been asked to look at the Ectaco LUX 2 but having just rolled out iPads, I figured a better option would be a couple English to Portugese/vice versa translator apps on a small iPad Mini or iPod touch? Do you guys have anything purpose-built? Is there any advantages you've found over using a couple of Apps? Edited September 30, 2014 by JJanisch
Norphy Posted September 30, 2014 Posted September 30, 2014 By the looks of it, it's a cheap Android tablet with a keyboard badly glued to it. They sell Android translation software for a tenth of the cost! Unfortunately they don't seem to sell anything for the iPad.
Arthur Posted September 30, 2014 Posted September 30, 2014 If you already have iPads, would the Google Translate app be sufficient?
