This is one that has come up a number of times over the years ... actually getting a complete list of what schools in England are meant to have (there are differences for other sections of UK, so please contact your Education Department for the correct list in Wales, Scotland and N.I.).

Ha! Actually getting a list of the policies we actually have in place is the next fun step!

To be honest, I've been pretty lucky in the schools where I have worked. Heck, the first school I worked in even had ISO9000 ... documentation madness!
