Hello All,

I have done some searching and not come up with an answer. I'm very new to CC4 so basic explanations will be appreciated :)

I have built a Scratch package and can distribute it to the machines but can't figure out making shortcuts. I can open Scratch via Program Files but only as myself (admin) other users will not have access to the C drive.

Thanks in advance. TomHD

I assume you didn't add a shortcut to the package? Okay, what you need to do in that case is - assuming you don't want to edit the package and have to redistribute it - go to a machine where Scratch is installed, find the program shortcut, take a copy of that. Now go in to RMMC, go to program sets, at the bottom you'll see shortcut bank. Press that button and then click add and find the Scratch shortcut you added. Then close that, go in to program sets again, find the program set you want to add Scratch to, click shortcuts then from the shortcut bank option find Scratch and add it. Let me know if that doesn't make sense.

Thanks, I did try the shortcut bank method but had no joy. I will try again but may have to add it to the package. I used a Scratch blueprint direct from RM so how would I add a shortcut to the package? Sorry to sound so dumb!

Are you sure there's not a shortcut in the package already? Go to the package, double click to open the properties, go to shortcuts. If there isn't you can add one there by pressing add but you'll need to increment the version number and re-assign the package. You'll still then need to add the shortcut to a program set. So may be quicker and easier just to use the bank method. Try right clicking on the program set and pressing redeliver.
