Google apps Lost admin access unable to reset password

HELP I cant get logged into our google apps account I know the admin email address but the password I think it is its not working and non of the reset instructions appear to work for me as it's the main admin account.

 

Has anyone any ideas on what can be done cheers Andy

you need to know your pin to get help and guess where that's stored!

 

fully automated system no humans on the phones and no operator service

There is meant to be a domain verification method. Mentioned here https://support.google.com/a/answer/33561?hl=en, links to here https://support.google.com/a/answer/47283 Guess it works the same way as when you register.

I cant get it to offer that option if I follow the instructions all I get is this
