Smartboard 580 and Windows 7

We're still clinging on to our old Smartboard 580's - mainly because they still work and it woul cost a fortune to replace them all! But they do seem to have a few issues and glitches when running under Windows 7 64 bit.

 

We're still using Notebook 10.5 which also has some issues but generally still works ok.

 

I guess my question is, is anyone out there still using older generation smartboards and what drivers/notebook software are you using? It seems a shame to discard working hardware when the new versions will offer little else other than driver compatibility and a slightly updated version of notebook?
