Importing Room Bookings from SIMS to HAP How to do it?

Hi

 

Does anyone have a working method for importing the their IT room bookings from SIMS into HAP? I'm running version 10.

 

Tried running the report on codeplex then copying the output to C:\inetpub\wwwroot\HAP\app_data\sims-bookings.xml and making sure the display name is the same but it only imports 39 lessons even though there are more in the sims-bookings.xml.

 

It also sets the day for each booking to -1

Do you use Day1...Da10? if not you will need to change them all to Day1...Da10.

 

The import function has never worked properly and I could never figure out why.

It likes these and matches the teacher with the notes field in AD
