how to edit the google drive sync preferences once the google drive runs as a service

Hi all, we have managed to run the Google drive as a service with the help of this

 

Running Google Drive as a Windows service - Myrtec

 

This sync the whole folders in the google drive. now we want to choose what folders to sync. how to edit the preferences in google drive with this setup?

 

any help would be appreciated.
