[ePortal] Azure MFA or 2FA

I would like to implement MFA/2FA with eportal for remote access as at present it is just a username and password over SSL which given the amount of data that is available I would feel more comfortable if this was 2FA for staff.

 

has anyone done this yet, and more specifically has anyone done it with MS Azure MFA? as i am considering using this for our 2012 R2 RDS Farm access as it looks fairly easy to integrate into this.

 

any info on what anyone has done would be nice to hear about

We can assist with this, possibly the largest barrier to implementnig MFA/2FA could be users being apprehensive to use personal mobiles to authenticate/alternatively certain members of staff or users that don't possess mobile phones at all (Surely there's one or two hardcore luddites left on the planet)

 

Second barrier: if you're implementing that level of authentication, you've probably already considered VPN/SDN? We can also help with these. Don't forget you'll not only have cross-internet VPN you'll probably want to configure one in the datacentre also.
