Office 2013 NTLM login not working

Afternoon all. Over the holidays we put out a new image with Office 2013 on all happy and content everything would carry over with no issues. Unfortunately we have found that Users are having to log in everytime they open Outlook, rather than it pass on the NTLM details or even remember the credentials. I've looked into Outlook Anywhere and as far as I can tell that is all set up correctly. Deleting the profile on a test account didn't solve anything.

 

Does anyone have any ideas or previous experience?

Thanks, but not that. It appears to be a login to Exchange or the users mailbox, not smoothwall.

Have you checked the provider order in the "windows Authentication" Method in the RPC virtual directory in IIS? We have to set NTLM above Negotiate before it works for us
