Recommend me a company to get Direct Access working

Im fed up with direct access and am at the point where I just want to pay someone to make it work. Server reads fine, traffic seems to be hitting it externally but not working and its broken me. Can anyone recommend a company who have experience of installing this? I have external IP ready as well as servers to spare.

 

Must stress I want someone who knows this tech, not just a place which will have a go at it.
