Multi Site Schools With User Roaming

Is there anyone here who runs or has experience with a split site setup with user roaming between both sites (10km plus distance apart) who would be willing to have chat with me?

I have. I worked at a school with 2 sites miles apart from each other. Also got experience working for a company that had sites a few miles from each other and then office hundreds of miles away.
