Dual language books for KS1 and KS2

Hi there,

 

I work at a primary school where a lot of the children have English as their second language. First languages include Chinese, Arabic and Icelandic.

 

Can anyone recommend a source of dual-language reading books for these children, there doesn't seem to be much about.

Icelandic? Not one you hear of often, however English is pretty much the standard second language there, as if you can't pronounce Icelandic, they'll not understand you...at all.

We have a few of these but dont ask me how good they are as I was only involved in helping download the various language files for them. Hope it helps.
