Google Apps > Drive > Sharing - search field doesn't populate as you search?

Hi,

 

We've just rolled out GAFE this summer.

 

On about 60% of users, about 75% of the time, when you type a recipient or group into the 'sharing' box, it doesn't search and show you the matching recipients. The other users, and the rest of the time, the recipients show up as they should.

 

In my office, I've never got it to go wrong, but I'm not governed by many policies at all - I logged on as another administrator in an IT suite with a sixth form class this morning and sometimes it showed up, sometimes it didn't - so it's not even fixed per user/pc/session.

 

Attached is a screenshot of what should happen - any ideas what's causing it? Anyone else had or having this problem?

 

We're on IE11 - I don't want to use Chrome because we also use Exchange which prefers IE.
