mdench Posted September 5, 2014 Posted September 5, 2014 We have moodle installation that I try not to touch as i don't like it and it doesn't like me. I'll occasionally poke with a large stick to get something working buts about it! Annnyyyway our staff have reported that if they try to view submitted assignments when it says "View (x number) of submitted assignments" the next page says "Nothing to Display" with the alphabetical search lines above. This happens on a number of assignment upload pages. Any one got any idea of how to fix this?
unixman_again Posted September 5, 2014 Posted September 5, 2014 When we had this problem, the students had self enrolled in the course, and the course was set to un-enroll students who had not accessed the course for 30 days. For the teacher to access the submissions, they had to enroll the students manually and "Recover old grades if possible".
secretlife Posted September 6, 2014 Posted September 6, 2014 Hi there. Assuming students have submitted assignments then one reason for the "Nothing to display" message is an SQL upgrade issue - what version of Moodle are you using and what mySQL? Here is a tracker report that might be of use: https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-26284
