Define "competitive depending on experience" in terms of two numbers representing UK pounds, the lower of which would be for someone with what you consider minimum experience and the higher of which would be the most you would pay no matter how exotically experienced and desirable the candidate.

 

And I really really really really do not understand why people don't want to publish this information with the notice of the vacancy.
