itgeek Posted September 1, 2014 Posted September 1, 2014 Hi We currently use skeep vnc for remote support and deployment to the workstations. We are experiencing one problem with ultravnc does not allow us to remotley send ctr alt del. We have UAC disabled and I think this might be the issue. What does other schools use for remote support to staff/student machines? Thanks in advance
MordyT Posted September 2, 2014 Posted September 2, 2014 Did you read the OP? I did. He says sleep vnc and then later on mentions ultra vnc... I assume he meant sleep vnc viewer and I was saying we use ultra vnc viewer. We also had to do a GPO to allow software generated cad though.

TightVNC is what I'd recommend.
