Users resetting their own passwords

Hi there

We came across a conundrum today.......brought up an interesting question.

We've imported users into Workgroup Manager from a CSV from AD......but what to you do if you wish the users to be able to set their own passwords? At the moment they have all been given the same one......can they set it themselves? Sorry if this is an obvious question, couldn't see how to do it.
