Google Calendar on an Interactive Display

Had a request to put a shared Google calendar showing events on an interactive display

e.g. show calendar then a user can touch an event to show more details.

 

This works okay but I would like it just to display that calendar , and I'd also like to remove the option to create events. Has anyone done anything similar ? I've made the shared calendar read only etc.

Check our RiseVision, they have Google integrated display options that support Google Calendar if I remember correctly.
