Shutdown Shortcut GPP

Hello - i've tried to create a shutdown, logoff and restart shortcut on the desktop for my Windows 8.1 users. I've used GPP to create the shortcut which looks like this:

 

 

The shortcut doesn't appear on the desktop.

 

Event viewer gives me this:

 

 

Anyone any ideas how I get this to work.

Move the switches from the path box to the argument box
