Outpost Posted November 13, 2007 Posted November 13, 2007 Hi there, We use Exchange 2003 here and one sole member of staff can pull her emails with folders from her webmail account which is the usual [email protected] was set up some time ago. The head has seen it and would like the same functunality, emails WITH folders, so I checked the settings and tried it on my exchange account, which did use POP3 for pulling down my emails. I can connect but with the username/password dialog box popping up all the time rejecting my credentials. I tried the url http://mail.cumbria.cleo.net.uk (settings from her exchange account) and its the old webmail version. Is it still possible to use IMAP to pull down external emails and how would I set up a new account to use it. The newer webmail is POP3 based. Thanks for your time
