Adding Active Directory User Lists problem

Hi All,

 

I wondered if someone could tell me or post a copy of part of their hapconfig.xml that shows the OU's section. For some reason when I try to use the OU browser I am not able to select the AD group that I want to use (e.g. staff). I just want to find out if I need to put the full OU path in this section for the groups to be visible in the Helpdesk and bookings section? So as I can not select this via the OU browser, I thought i'd just write these in the hapconfig.xml myself!

I've tried the fully qualified path and now get the following error. Before it just said the AD group name (e.g. DPS Teaching Staff) and the Helpdesk and Bookings pages loaded fine, I just couldn't pick anyone from the drop down box.

Thanks Nick. When I manually tried to create the string I didn't add the ldap:// part. I will try tomorrow and let you know how I get on.
