[SQL] The request failed or the service did not respond in a timely fashion.

This issue is driving me crazy. (Error screenshot attached below) I'm trying to start SQL server agent service and I keep getting the following error "The request failed or the service did not respond in a timely fashion. Consult the event log or other applicable error logs for details".

I've checked the event viewer and can't find any errors to find out why its not starting.

 

I'm Running SQL 2014 Express.
