Sophos SQL Migration

Is there a special proccess needed to migrate Sophos over to an SQL Express instance? I thought the SQLExpress install was meant to do this all for you when specified!?

 

The instance has been set up fine but the data hasn't been migrated!! Any ideas?

Whenever I've reinstalled or updated the data has always been there when I've gone intot he console, often to my surprise! Have you tried to Sophos support? On the rare occasion I've used them they've been quite helpful.

I haven't yet but was hoping there would be a simple reason why this didn't migrate when installing a new instance.
